Parade Theme: Unsung Heroes
FANCO wins the Novato's July 4th Parade Grand Prize. It was judged the best at the depicting the parade theme: “Unsung Heroes.” The four Filipino veterans, who fought alongside Americansduring WWI in the Philippines, are now well into their eighties: Gregorio Ferrer, Leonardo Torres,Aquilino Delen and Raymundo Hermoza.
